My Journey to Head of Customer Service

My journey began at the front lines of customer support, where I learned the value of listening and the importance of patience. I quickly realized that every customer interaction is an opportunity to build a relationship and that trust and respect are the foundations of those relationships.

As I progressed through various roles in the industry, I became known for my ability to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. My dedication to customer happiness led me to develop training programs that empower our customer service representatives to go above and beyond for our clients.

As the Head of Customer Service for our home services website, my role is to oversee all aspects of customer interactions. From the moment you reach out to us with an inquiry or concern, my team and I are here to ensure that your experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Outside the Office

When I’m not leading our customer service team, I enjoy volunteering at local community centers, where I teach communication workshops. I also love exploring the great outdoors with my family and our energetic Labrador, Max.
